Terms of Service & Session Agreement
Effective Date: February 25, 2026
These Terms of Service and Session Agreement (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) and Kelli Joel, operating through VYBE.LOVE (“VYBE.LOVE,” “Practitioner,” “I,” “me,” “my”).
By scheduling, purchasing, or participating in any session or service offered through VYBE.LOVE, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of Services; Organic Information Flow; No Guarantees
VYBE.LOVE provides intuitive consulting services, including clairvoyant guidance, psychic-style sessions, mediumship-style sessions, and related intuitive insight delivered remotely (including via Zoom) and/or online (the “Services”).
The Services are based on an intuitive process and the organic flow of information as it is perceived during the session.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
No Guarantee of Insights or Outcomes
The Services involve subjective impressions and interpretations and therefore include no guarantees of any kind.
VYBE.LOVE does not guarantee:
• any specific insight
• accuracy level
• prediction
• answer to a particular question
• personal outcome
• result or benefit from the session
No Guarantee as to Topic or Focus
Sessions follow the organic flow of intuitive information. I do not guarantee that a session will address, prioritize, or provide clarity on any particular subject matter regardless of the Client’s stated objectives or questions, including but not limited to:
• relationships
• career or business matters
• finances
• health
• family matters
• personal decisions
• mediumship content
No Guarantee of Mediumship Connection
If you request or book a mediumship-oriented session, you understand and agree that no guarantee exists of connection with any specific deceased individual, including family members, ancestors, or identifiable persons.
Any impressions shared arise only through the intuitive process as it unfolds during the session.
2. Fees; Pricing; Payment; No-Refund Policy
Pricing
All current service rates and pricing are listed exclusively on the VYBE.LOVE website.
Fees Earned Upon Booking
All fees are deemed earned upon booking, as you are reserving dedicated professional time and the intuitive process regardless of the specific content of the session.
No Refunds
All purchases are non-refundable.
No refunds or credits will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:
• dissatisfaction with a session
• perceived lack of clarity or usefulness
• inability to address preferred topics
• lack of connection with specific individuals in mediumship
• perceived inaccuracy of impressions
• decisions or outcomes following the session
3. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Late Arrival
Sessions are scheduled for a specific reserved time.
Clients are responsible for arriving on time.
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
Rescheduling requests must be made through the scheduling system where possible. VYBE.LOVE reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a missed or late session may be rescheduled.
4. Professional Disclaimer; Personal Insight and Entertainment Purposes
The Services are provided for personal insight, reflection, and entertainment purposes.
I am not a licensed medical, mental health, legal, tax, or financial professional.
The Services do not constitute professional advice and should not be interpreted as a substitute for:
• medical advice
• psychological or psychiatric care
• legal advice
• financial or investment advice
• tax or accounting guidance
Clients should seek appropriate licensed professionals for such matters.
If you believe you may be in crisis or may harm yourself or others, contact emergency services immediately (911 in the United States or your local emergency number).
5. Client Responsibility; Decisions and Outcomes
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own interpretations, decisions, actions, and outcomes following any session.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VYBE.LOVE and Kelli Joel shall not be liable for any personal, relational, professional, financial, or legal decisions made in reliance on information discussed during a session.
6. Release of Liability; Assumption of Risk
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the Services, including any emotional, psychological, relational, professional, or financial effects.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby release and discharge VYBE.LOVE and Kelli Joel from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or causes of action arising out of or relating to the Services or your reliance on the Services.
This release applies to all claims whether known or unknown at the time of the session.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
VYBE.LOVE and Kelli Joel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
The total aggregate liability of VYBE.LOVE and Kelli Joel for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client for the specific session giving rise to the claim.
8. Confidentiality
Session communications are treated with reasonable care and discretion.
However, you acknowledge that communications transmitted via the internet or third-party platforms may not be completely secure.
VYBE.LOVE cannot guarantee confidentiality for transmissions affected by third-party platforms, network vulnerabilities, device compromise, or other factors outside reasonable control.
9. Recording Policy and Authorization
Recording for Client Reference
Sessions may be recorded for the Client’s personal reference.
Authorization to Record
By booking or participating in the Services, you expressly authorize VYBE.LOVE and Kelli Joel to record the session using a recording method or platform selected by VYBE.LOVE.
Delivery of Recording
If a recording is made, a copy may be delivered to the Client using the email address provided during booking.
Recordings may be delivered through a secure link and may be password protected.
Delivery timing may vary depending on processing and platform availability.
Technical Limitations
While reasonable care is used in recording and delivery, recordings may be affected by technical issues including:
• platform outages
• internet connectivity issues
• device failure
• data corruption
• recording limitations
VYBE.LOVE is not responsible for recording loss, degraded quality, delayed delivery, or platform failures outside reasonable control.
Client Handling of Recordings
Once delivered, Clients are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of recordings.
Recordings are intended solely for personal use.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through VYBE.LOVE, including but not limited to:
• session recordings
• written materials
• audio recordings
• digital content
• teachings or insights
• website content
remain the intellectual property of VYBE.LOVE and Kelli Joel unless otherwise stated.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or publicly share session recordings or content without written permission.
11. Technology Requirements
Participation in the Services may require the use of third-party technology platforms including:
• Zoom video conferencing
• scheduling software
• email communication systems
Clients are responsible for maintaining adequate internet access and functioning devices.
VYBE.LOVE is not responsible for interruptions caused by platform failures, internet outages, or device malfunction.
12. Right of Refusal
VYBE.LOVE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, reschedule, or terminate Services to any individual for any lawful reason.
13. Eligibility
By booking Services, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.
Services are not intended for minors.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts located within California.
15. Severability and Entire Agreement
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VYBE.LOVE regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and communications relating to the Services.
